LSEG The ideal candidate will join the Risk Intelligence division within the Digital Identity & Fraud (DI&F) Platform team. You will work closely with multiple development teams to build and enhance our platform offering for Digital Identity flagship products and help key business stakeholders translate their vision into architecture and delivery. This includes architecture and design, security-first mindset, epic and story collaboration, agile development, 3rd party vendor API integration, and delivery. We build products that run at scale for large financial institutions and our platform supports that vision. and cloud platforms. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs consumed by third-party customers for fraud prevention, identity verification, and account validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Own the delivery of critical platform capabilities, working autonomously and with little direction; ensure timely completion of work from other team members, delegating and mentoring as needed. Design, develop and socialize microservices-based distributed systems utilizing cloud-native architecture. Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, growing your network and collaborating with other teams. Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Ensure code quality by adhering to SOLID principles and using static/dynamic analysis tools such as SonarQube and Coverity. Work in an agile environment, contributing to SCRUM and Kanban workflows to meet delivery schedules. Document the code structure, technical designs, and development processes for future reference. Build and deploy containerized solutions using Kubernetes and Docker for cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Work with architects to decompose a solution into Epics and lead design planning for Epics broken down into journeys with product owners and quality leads. Key Technical Skills

Programming Languages: .NET Core 6+ with C# or Java Backend Development: Multithreading, exception handling, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework Core or JPA Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL with strong data modeling and SQL skills Testing Tools: JUnit, NUnit Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, or similar Code Quality: SonarQube, Coverity Agile Development: SCRUM, Kanban, TDD Other Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage dynamic priorities Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to articulate technical concepts and designs to non-technical teams Nice To Have

TypeScript, React, Node.js Experience in the FinTech industry, especially in financial markets or fraud prevention systems Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokering tools including RabbitMQ, AWS MQ, or Azure Queue Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or CosmosDB Experience working with highly distributed, data-intensive systems Additional Information
