About Thesis Driven Over the past 24 months, Thesis Driven has become the premier publication covering the future of the built world and the evolving real estate industry. We’ve expanded into education, data products, and special series such as The Buy Box, while growing profitably without outside capital. Our readers include top real estate operators, capital allocators, and technology leaders who trust us for clear, insightful, and actionable analysis.

About the Role We’re hiring an Editorial Director to run our newsletter properties, including Thesis Driven and The Buy Box. This is a senior role with substantial creative control, where you will shape the voice, direction, and editorial strategy of our publications. You will work directly with Thesis Driven partners Brad Hargreaves and Paul Stanton, collaborating on editorial vision while executing with independence.
