World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Coordinator, Private Sector Engagement. The Coordinator, Private Sector Engagement assists the Private Sector Engagement (PSE) team in the development and management of WWF’s corporate relationships to maximize revenue and increase awareness of WWF’s brand and mission through consumer engagement efforts, including cause marketing, behavior change, education, fundraising, sponsorship and WWF brand licensing opportunities in support of conservation. Responsibilities

Supports Consumer Engagement team in the stewardship and implementation of consumer-facing partnerships, providing creative and administrative support, contributing to idea generation and research for brand engagement opportunities, scheduling team events and travel, taking notes at meetings, and tracking fundraising budgets and timelines related to corporate partnerships. Also responsible for administrative tasks across the Consumer and Employee Engagement team, including coding and submission of expense reports for select members of the team. Assists Consumer Engagement team in day-to-day account execution for select partnerships. Reviews partnership materials to ensure quality control, accuracy and correct use of WWF marks. Secures approvals for materials from key internal stakeholders and coordinates with external partners to convey edits and/or approval of materials. Drafts agreements and other key documents of engagement, inputs information into agreement templates, routes for internal review and approval, and collaborates with the PSE business services team and WWF legal department. Fields incoming corporate requests on behalf of the Consumer Engagement team, evaluates alignment with the organization, and communicates initial expectations to prospective partners. Works with Supervisor to determine next steps for developing the partnership. Conducts research on competitive landscape, market trends and prospective partners; identifies new business opportunities for unrestricted revenue through corporate donation and loyalty platforms. Prepares reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data; contributes to pitches and materials for prospective partners. Supports partnership communications calendar with the Communications team and manages partnership information in project management systems (e.g., Monday.com) and supports design for various use cases. Collaborates with the Business Services team to track revenue generation and organize fundraising data across team timelines and budgets. Performs other duties as assigned and supports the successful operation of the Private Sector Engagement team. Key Competencies

Builds trust with private sector partners and supports engagement efforts aligned with sustainability and fundraising goals. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of demonstrated and progressively responsible experience in administrative or coordinator roles. One year of experience in communications or development in a marketing-related field is preferred. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously. Proficient in administrative tasks including scheduling, notes, tracking budgets, and expense reports. Experience handling sensitive documents such as legal agreements and budgets. Ability to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize findings for senior managers. Excellent written and verbal communications; strong proofreading/editing skills. Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities for pitch decks or presentations. Willingness to support others with projects as needed. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Monday.com preferred. Experience with creative thinking and problem-solving to explore new ways WWF can connect with brands, partners and consumers. Ability to work with project tracking software such as Airtable and Monday.com.
