Project Manager

to join our healthcare studio. The studio is looking for someone who can work independently and collaboratively with a team to manage healthcare projects of varying sizes, lead work efforts of others, oversee the production of project deliverables, and interpret client needs. Architectural Project Manager

to join our healthcare studio. The role requires the ability to work independently and with a team to manage healthcare projects of varying sizes, lead work efforts, oversee deliverables, and interpret client needs. The successful candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills and be motivated to leverage NBBJ resources to achieve high-performance, sustainable outcomes. What you will need to succeed: 5-10 years or more of professional experience in Architecture At least five years as a licensed Architect Proven track record as a Project Manager with complex healthcare projects from Pre-design through Construction Administration, including contract negotiation and work plan development Bachelor’s degree; B Arch or M Arch desirable LEED Accreditation or within 18 months of hire Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to lead and work with diverse design teams Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Ability to work in a collaborative, design-focused open environment Ability to travel as required by the project The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $115,000.
