Work Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000, based on experience

Responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineer, you will lead and support all phases of engineering projects—from proposal development through construction completion. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, specifications, and working drawings. You’ll also mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development efforts. Review existing as-built drawings Perform field investigations Set up drawings and models for multiple disciplines Coordinate design schedules and deliverables Conduct feasibility studies Perform energy calculations using EnergyPro or IES VE Develop single-line diagrams and load schedules Design lighting systems and controls Engineer normal, emergency, and renewable power systems Conduct Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination Power System Studies Experience with low voltage building systems (Fire Alarm, Security, Voice/Data, Nurse Call) is a plus Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Professional Engineering (PE) License required LEED Accreditation is a plus 4–6 years of engineering design and/or project management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit Familiarity with National Electrical Code HCAI/OSHPD standards (preferred) Project management (preferred) Benefits
