We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth, YC-backed startup that’s transforming how modern sales teams operate — and they’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Developer to join at the ground floor.
You’ll be one of the first developers on the team, working directly with the founders to build and ship customer-facing features powered by generative AI. This is a rare opportunity to shape product, culture, and architecture at a pivotal stage—with a team backed by top-tier VCs and scaling toward $1M+ in ARR.
What you’ll do:
Build high-performance, user-facing features in React, TypeScript, Python
Help design and integrate LLM-powered functionality across modalities (text, image, audio, video)
Work cross-functionally with design, product, and backend to deliver end-to-end features
Deeply understand customer needs and rapidly iterate to improve UX
5+ years of experience in full-stack development
Expertise in React + TypeScript and backend development in Python
Strong grasp of APIs, databases, and infrastructure (e.g. Terraform, AWS)
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Bonus: interest or experience in generative AI
