Overview
We are currently seeking a Digital Hardware Design Engineer, Data Center to join our team as we expand our product portfolio in the Data Center. The IP Routing Hardware organization is very flatewer levels of management between the Individual Contributor and the VP of Hardware. We are lean, and as a result, your work has high visibility, and your decisions directly impact product design.
Responsibilities
Design complex, multilayer printed circuit boards
Drive and manage your design through the development process from concept to production release
Verify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditions
Work with test & manufacturing engineering to release a high-quality product
Support early manufacturing and customer issues
Key Skills And Experience
Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
10+ years of experience designing complex PCB designs
Understanding of Ultra high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologies
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Nice to have
Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitry
Familiarity with EMC/EMI/Safety and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standards
Programming/Scripting ability (C/Python)
