We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic Head of Merchant Partnerships to lead our growth initiatives across the U.S. retail landscape. This role will focus on forging high-impact, one-on-one partnerships with premium and mid-market brands in fashion, beauty, accessories, and related categories. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will champion the adoption of AI Commerce—a groundbreaking approach that integrates predictive intelligence, neural visualization, and real-time orchestration to create seamless, shoppable experiences that redefine the future of retail. What will you be doing?

Drive AI Commerce Adoption:

Build strategic 1:1 partnerships with premium and mid-market U.S. retail brands in fashion, beauty, and accessories, expanding our network of 400+ global partners to integrate AI Commerce into their ecosystems. Strategic Outreach and Merchant Onboarding:

Identify, target, and onboard high-value retailers and brands, ensuring seamless integration and nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships. Advocate for Retailer Needs:

Represent merchant needs to internal product and partner marketing teams, ensuring Glance AI's platform aligns with retailer priorities. Accelerate Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute a partnership strategy to onboard strategic merchants and boost transaction volume. Shape U.S. Market Strategy:

Lead U.S. expansion by tailoring AI Commerce solutions to meet the needs of American retailers and consumers. Innovate with AI:

Collaborate with product and AI teams to enhance commerce intelligence and experience models, incorporating partner feedback to stay ahead in AI-driven retail. Scale Glance AI Partners Across Categories:

Lead expansion into beauty, accessories, and travel by end of 2025. What is expected out of you?

Education:

Master’s degree in business administration (preferred), marketing, or a related field. Experience:

15+ years in merchandising, marketplace development, or retail business development with a proven track record in merchant acquisition or vendor onboarding at premium or mid-market retail organizations or marketplace teams. Network:

A robust network of brand contacts in fashion, beauty, or accessories, with the ability to leverage relationships for partnerships. Skills:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong understanding of e-commerce trends; strategic thinker with results-driven mindset; analytical and data-driven; ability to translate retailer feedback into actionable insights; leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Our compensation philosophy enables a competitive salary and RSU grant (where applicable). Base salary range for this role is $136,000 – $185,000 USD (California and New York). In addition, eligible employees may receive variable pay and equity as part of compensation.
