Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You\'ll analyze business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring the system architecture aligns with business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management Oversee professional staff or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily Travel may be required based on client needs Skills And Attributes For Success Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management Ability to engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams with requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow and documentation, and SAP/non-SAP configurations/integrations Excellent client service, risk monitoring, stakeholder communication Relationship building with client personnel at appropriate levels Strong decision-making, policy and procedure development within scope of work Functional understanding of SDLC and technology business architecture frameworks To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor\'s degree 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Controlling focusing on Product Costing, including Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order; knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Integrated Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocations; experience with integrations to MM, PP, FI; exposure to other FICO modules preferred Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream; experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable Understanding of cost accounting processes and complex reporting requirements Knowledge of Product Costing best practices and parallel ledgers/valuations; proficiency with Cost Center planning in S/4 and ECC; reporting tools Familiarity with security roles related to Management Accounting Ideally, you’ll also have Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certification(s) e.g. P_S4FIN Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core module Additional SAP Finance certificates and cross-functional leadership experience What We Look For Top performers who blend analytical prowess and creative thinking, with a passion for technology and innovation.
