Collaborate with manager to align HR strategies with business unit/function goals and evolving needs. Diagnose organizational challenges and implement interventions to optimize performance. Conduct organizational and talent assessments; support talent strategy, selection, development, and succession planning. Design and execute change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies. Partner with and coach managers; begin developing executive leadership through career development and performance management. Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations to deliver HR initiatives. Use tools like Workforce Dashboard and Workday to perform analytics supporting business strategy. Qualifications & Competencies
Strong HR functional expertise and understanding of business strategy alignment. Ability to interpret complex challenges and recommend best practices. Experience leading HR projects or teams with moderate complexity. Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills. Proven ability to impact operational and project outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Why Yoh?
