The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Travel up to 40% between three manufacturing locations (Janesville, WI; Chippewa Falls, WI; Moorhead, MN). Responsible for a total of 80 employees across 3 plants. Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:
Hourly talent acquisition
Employee relations activities
Retention analysis & action planning
HR administration for onboarding and offboarding
Oversee payroll
Timekeeping
Compliance
Training
Benefit and policy questions
Administers companywide HR initiatives
Drives recognition program initiatives
Coach and influence leaders and associates
Conducts employee investigations
Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
Qualifications Education Level preferred: Associate or experience
Certifications Preferred
Years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred: 2 to 3
Years of Recruitment Experience Preferred: 1
Years of Employee Relations Experience: 1
Years of Employee Investigation Experience: 0
HR Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc.): 1
