Social Media Manager

to take the lead in shaping and executing our organic social media strategy across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging channels. Strategic Ownership: Lead the planning and execution of content strategies tailored to each social channel, aligning them with overall business goals and brand tone. Channel Development: Drive follower growth, engagement, and retention across all organic social platforms by understanding and leveraging the unique culture and trends of each space. Content Programming: Collaborate with internal creatives and external partners to develop high-impact, native-first social assets, series, and editorial initiatives. Campaign Execution: Manage campaign launches, product rollouts, and platform-specific promotions, ensuring a unified brand voice. Content Calendar Management: Maintain an organized, always-visible calendar using tools like Airtable or similar platforms to align stakeholders across functions. Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs, synthesizing insights to inform ongoing strategy and maximize reach and effectiveness. Trend Forecasting: Stay current on platform updates, creator trends, and storytelling formats to innovate and evolve our content approach in ways that resonate with the customer and beyond. Who You Are

A social native with 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in tech, entertainment, betting, gaming, or sports. You’ve successfully grown social channels and built engaged communities through platform-first, content-led approaches. Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Reddit, Discord, and Facebook — with a nuanced understanding of what performs where and why. Strong collaborator with experience briefing creative teams and working with influencers and creators to produce scroll-stopping content. Copy-savvy and visually intuitive — you understand how to translate a brand’s identity into compelling text, imagery, and motion across social. Comfortable working in social management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout, Later) and performance tracking tools. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the betting, casino, or real money gaming space, with awareness of legal guidelines, platform policies, and industry best practices. Willingness to travel for activations, content shoots, and team events. About Us
