CGI Federal is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to help lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Next Generation Desktop platform initiative. The Business Analyst Lead is responsible for gathering, managing, and prioritizing the collection, documentation, analysis, reporting, communication, and strategy of all system requirements, integrations and NGD CRM development work. CMS provides healthcare services to approximately 79 million individuals through Medicare and Medicaid. The Next Generation Desktop platform (NGD) is a vital system designed to offer a unified interface for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to address the needs of beneficiaries and marketplace consumers. This position is located in Fairfax, VA or Baltimore, MD with a hybrid working model. You will be required to go into a CGI Federal office two days a week. Responsibilities
Document requirements and write user stories with acceptance criteria to guide development teams. Analyze collected requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives. Support testing activities, review test cases, and verify that the solution meets desired outcomes. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and address questions or concerns. Identify opportunities for system enhancements, analyze existing processes, and propose solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity. Required Qualifications
8+ years in business analysis, with at least 3 years in Medicare call center environments. Strong understanding of Medicare policies, claims processing, and customer service operations. Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools. Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and workflow automation. Familiarity with IVR systems, CRM platforms, and cloud-based contact center solutions. Desirable Qualifications
Experience with Federal Government, CMS, and Healthcare sectors. Compensation
Base pay range: $78,400.00/yr - $154,300.00/yr Note: This range is provided by hackajob. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
