Talent Acquisition Recruiting Lead

to provide onsite leadership and guidance across hourly, technical trade, and salaried recruitment. This role is hands-on, strategic, and highly visible — ensuring Ford has the workforce it needs to power the future of electric vehicles. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Hiring Manager Enablement Develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies across hourly, technical trade, and salaried positions. Train and coach hiring managers on best practices in recruiting, interviewing, bias mitigation, and selection. Foster an “always-on” hiring culture with engaged and accountable hiring teams. Build pipelines using both active and passive sourcing techniques. Focus heavily on top-of-funnel sourcing for hourly and technical trade roles, while also supporting salaried hiring needs. Represent the project at career fairs, workforce events, and community outreach initiatives. Lead veteran recruiting efforts and strengthen relationships with workforce development partners. Performance & Reporting Track progress against hiring goals and report on recruitment metrics. Provide insights to optimize sourcing strategies and candidate funnel health. Monitor hiring manager engagement and ensure timely interview feedback and decision-making. Partner closely with Ford’s HR and TA leadership to align on workforce needs. Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Sustainable Talent’s people-first values and Ford’s employer brand. 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (hourly, technical, and salaried). Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful recruiting strategies. Skilled in sourcing techniques, both active and passive. Experience training and coaching hiring managers. Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
