Key Responsibilities and Duties Handle trust & estate litigation matters from intake through resolution Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations Manage caseloads and court deadlines with minimal supervision Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy Maintain regular communication with clients and experts Assist with trial preparation and courtroom presentations Qualifications – Needed
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Member in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum 1–3 years of experience in trust & estate litigation or closely related civil litigation Experience drafting motions, conducting depositions, and arguing in court Proven ability to manage caseload and meet litigation deadlines Strong written and oral advocacy skills Knowledge of California probate procedures is a strong plus Benefits
