You have at least three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters. Prior service as either a federal or state court clerk is a plus. Youre prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and a deep understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and
