$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Required Qualifications: 5+ years of developing/supporting Mainframe/ETL based applications. 5+ Years of developing/supporting batch using Job Control Language (JCL) and COBOL programs. 5+ Years of experience with tools such as CA7, NDM/FTP, File Manager. 5+ Years of experience with Databases such as DB2, Oracle. 2+ Years of experience with Datastage/ETL, Unix, Autosys. 2+ Years of experience with Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace. Desired Skills: Experience with consumer banking or Deposits applications. Responsibilities

The Mainframe Support resource will serve as a Level 3 Application Support Subject Matter Expert within the Global Information Security organization at a major financial institution. This hands-on role involves triaging and resolving high-priority production issues (P1P3), supporting application deployments, and providing after-hours and on-call support. The candidate will manage backend service operations for a high-volume environment that supports real-time authorizations and transactions for over 60 million customers, including debit card payments, Zelle, and account balance inquiries. Responsibilities include identifying root causes in code or databases, performing break-fix activities, generating ad hoc data reports, maintaining process documentation, and recommending system enhancements. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration, ensuring proper monitoring and controls, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve operational efficiency. This position is on-site three days per week in Plano, TX. Seniority level
