Administer and oversee the operations of the assigned property portfolio. Oversee management of Knight Frank managed properties, including building operations and administration, client/tenant relations, leasing, and financial reporting. Build tenant satisfaction by ensuring prompt follow‑up on escalated issues and approving tenant events. Ensure rent leases are renewed when due and that all documentation is properly signed and filed. Ensure all new occupants receive and sign lease agreements before moving in. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual property/service charge reports and budgets; forward to clients and tenants. Work with Finance to prepare service charge accounts and review them for all managed properties. Manage vendor relationships (security, janitorial, landscaping), including bidding and performance requirements. Provide leadership to the property management team and maintain positive team morale. Recommend changes to rents and fees in line with market changes and advise clients accordingly. Prepare and develop annual property management operating budgets. Oversee administration, management, contract compliance and maintenance of all KF managed property. Develop and implement related property management policies and procedures. Manage operational and fiscal activities of the department (staffing, budgets, financial goals). Collaborate with Facilities Management to develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance and capital improvement plans for all properties under KF management. Supervise Property Management staff and monitor performance for professional conduct with tenants and others in line with KF policy. Attend appropriate housing meetings and act as the primary contact with state program representatives and entities KF serves under contract. Oversee and manage all property management compliance requirements. Ensure all managed properties are fully tenanted and conduct on-site inspections to advise prospects on property value and suitability. Qualifications / Education
Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or related discipline (2:1 or equivalent). Chartered member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV). Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). Minimum of 12–15 years’ multi-tenanted property management experience. Knowledge, Skills And Attributes
Strong people management skills. Excellent market research and negotiation abilities. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to make quick judgments and decisions as issues arise; strong analytical skills. Interpersonal skills and collaboration Systems & IT
