Overview
Taylor | Anderson LLP is a nationally recognized litigation defense firm seeking a Litigation Associate for an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three to five years of litigation experience with complex high-exposure civil cases, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and be comfortable and competent to step into cases and prepare them for trial on tight time-frames. Willingness to travel required.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in high-exposure civil litigation matters.
Prepare cases for trial on tight time-frames.
Litigate, draft pleadings, motions, and trial-related documents; manage discovery and pre-trial phases.
Collaborate with partners and prosecute cases in state and federal courts as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience with complex civil cases.
Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
Ability to step into cases and prepare them for trial; comfortable with travel.
Will oriness to travel required.
