Overview

2026 Spring Associate - Marketing Data Insights is a part-time, hybrid role based in St. Petersburg, FL. The position is a temporary, 20-24 hours per week, for a limited time determined by department need. Eligible candidates are sophomores or juniors pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business, marketing/advertising, communications, or related field with a expected graduate date of December 2026 or later. Location: Hybrid position – St. Petersburg office. No travel required. Work Schedule: 20-24 hours per week for a limited time. Department overview: Communications, Agency Services, Marketing Strategy & Branding, and Marketing Insights & Technology, supporting internal/external communications, marketing campaigns, and data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Support teams to plan, develop, and execute initiatives in marketing, communication, and analyst functions. Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity. Prepare and present project work. Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide support with various ad-hoc projects as assigned by the marketing team. Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications. Work independently on assigned projects and tasks, meeting all delivery deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge: Business and/or marketing processes; basic concepts of project management, research, and analysis; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); professional office environment fundamentals. Skill: Organization, planning, time management; independent judgment; professional communication; ability to work in a virtual/hybrid team. Ability: Initiative and problem-solving; self-management and prioritization; fast learner of procedures and software; cross-functional collaboration; strong written and verbal communication; high level of customer service.

Educational/Experience Requirements

Pursuing a degree in business, marketing/advertising, communications, or related field with grounding in research, analysis, and communications (examples: economics, psychology, math, philosophy, sociology, statistics, political science). A cover letter expressing interest is required. Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources. Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
