Partnership Marketing Coordinator
Contract, 12 months. 9-6pm in Glendale, CA. Hybrid, work from home Fridays. Pay $29/hr. Overview Partnership Marketing Coordinator (Strategic Brand Partnerships Entertainment & Media). Were seeking a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to support go-to-market strategies for high-profile entertainment and media brand partnerships. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, partner launch readiness, and seamless execution across campaigns. Working closely with Partnership Managers, the coordinator will oversee timelines, streamline communications, and manage creative approvals while serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities
Support go-to-market planning and execution for entertainment and media partnerships Manage timelines, communications, and creative approvals to ensure smooth campaign launches Act as a connector between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring accurate information flow and asset delivery Help maintain organization of marketing assets and creative materials Contribute to high-quality execution across promotional campaigns and initiatives that engage audiences Basic Qualifications
12 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or entertainment/media-related fields Strong program management skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders Experience organizing and tracking creative or marketing deliverables Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments Ability to quickly build relationships and foster collaboration Familiarity with the entertainment, streaming, or digital media landscape a plus Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Keynote, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Airtable)
