We are looking for a Manager to lead internal seller communications strategy for critical enterprise programs—driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of sales and revenue transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of communications, technology, and change storytelling. You will design and execute multi-channel communication strategies that ensure sellers and operators receive the right information at the right time (70-75% of role). You will also work with our design team to support our Salesforce-on-Salesforce story engine, developing Customer Zero success stories across key sales programs and supporting external amplification (25-30% of role). The ideal candidate is a savvy communicator and storyteller with experience in Marketing Cloud (or similar email marketing platform), Slack, and AI-powered communication tactics. You will architect and deliver scalable, data-informed communication journeys that are targeted, timely, and measurable—ultimately improving how our teams work, sell, and deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & Execution: Lead development and execution of communications strategies for Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives; ensure alignment with business priorities and seller needs. Messaging: Create and maintain messaging frameworks for clear, consistent communication across Sales, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams. Multi-Channel Communications: Lead newsletters, Marketing Cloud and Slack messaging, enablement portals, and executive presentations to ensure timely, impactful messages. Collaboration with Design: Work with the design team to develop content and graphics that support change adoption, engagement, and enablement. Seller Experience & Engagement: Lead targeted campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of Lead-to-Cash process and technology changes; gather seller/operator feedback and address gaps through messaging and automation. Proactive Communication: Identify friction points with Sales and Revenue teams and address them through proactive communication efforts; leverage AI and automation to scale communications. Content Templates & Toolkits: Develop reusable content templates and toolkits for Sales teams to communicate change at scale; support brand identity for Lead-to-Cash transformation. Performance Measurement: Track engagement metrics, feedback, and adoption rates; optimize content and strategy based on insights.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, sales enablement, or change management, preferably in a B2B/SaaS or agency environment. Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging content. Experience working with Sales or Revenue teams and understanding seller/operator personas. Proficiency in communication and marketing platforms (e.g., Slack, Marketing Cloud, enablement portals). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash processes, Sales Strategy, or Sales Enablement. Experience developing multimedia content (e.g., video, infographics) to support engagement. Knowledge of Salesforce products (Slack, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, knowledge, skills, and experience. Some roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. For Illinois-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
