Permanent Your role in a nutshell
The Marketing Associate position will be an integral part of the Natura US operation & brand team. The role is pivotal in bringing US market insights into strategy & execution on all marketing & brand activations across all branding & communications, portfolio management, new product launch plans, campaign planning, and multi-distribution channels. The role requires a quick learner able to multi-task within a start-up team environment. A strong background & knowledge in US beauty marketing is required. More about the role
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES : General Marketing
Advise on all english Marketing copy communication & creatives Work closely with internal cross functional teams in branding, product, regulatory, creative, planning, finance, digital Feedback & align with international & global headquarter teams in Brazil on ongoing basis US Portolio management (product names, active / discontinuation, phase in status) Oversee new product launch plans to market Align closely to supply chain & logistics teams, forecasting & warehouse approvals Responsibilities may include team support in general marketing coverage in other marketing areas including but not limited to PR, Social Media, Influencers, Competitive Insights when needed Wholesale Marketing
Work closely to guide & support wholesale agency partner Execute the wholesale strategy plan & P&L budget Provide all marketing brand & product information and creative assets (include briefings) Manages special account projects from concept to execution Assist in new wholesale account launches Contribute ideas & added value to the channel Request, feedback & align with international teams on ongoing demands Digital Marketing
Assist on campaign content planning (copy / communication & creative assets alignment) Work with digital team to improve site product copy in US market context Contribute to new project ideas to improve UX & brand loyalty Provide ongoing Digital channel marketing support, creative & communication direction Brand Partnerships
Work on strategic plan for ongoing brand partnership outreach & execution Manage all marketing sample programs, bring new partners & activations New Channels
