Asset Protection Coordinator - Tysons Corner Center at Old Navy. This role focuses on protecting People, Assets, and Brands in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain a safe and secure store environment. Responsibilities
Identify, resolve, and provide training around internal and external theft awareness and reduction Emergency preparedness, risk analysis, and threat mitigation Support and deliver on the objective of shortage and safety programs Collaborate with leadership, internal and external partners, and law enforcement to execute the Company Habitual Offender Program (prosecution through case building) Maintain operational controls and ensure compliance Qualifications
Ability to provide Loss Prevention leadership to drive results, coach and develop direct reports, and lead execution through others Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build consensus across multiple stakeholders Ability to actively learn and apply learnings to decisions and behaviors Time management and ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to research processes or transaction flows to identify root causes of errors Ability to effectively train and onboard new employees and help create an inclusive environment Benefits
