Overview
Caesars Digital is seeking an Assistant Director of Affiliate Marketing to support growth through management of key affiliate marketing strategies and partnerships for our Sportsbook, Casino, and Racebook products. This role will sit within the Marketing organization. If you have a passion for sports and online casino, are interested in digital advertising, and enjoy working on multiple projects, we would love to hear from you. The role is centered on rapid growth, continual improvement, and the highest quality customer experience. It requires a versatile and well-rounded leader who is passionate about sports and iGaming, is someone who can execute strategy and roll up their sleeves and get things done. This role blends marketing, partnership management, business development, operations and analytics. It reports to the VP of Marketing Strategy What You Will Be Doing:
Define and execute the Caesars DigitalsportsbettingandiGamingaffiliatestrategy,working closelywithinternal teams (marketing, creative, content, martech, operations, trading) and external partners (affiliate partners, 3rd party technology platforms) Workeffectivelywithkey stakeholderstopresentreports,answerquestions and present overall strategy for Affiliate Marketing Manage and mentorcoordinatorsandotheraffiliatemarketingteammembers Takeownershipofallaffiliatedealsinportfoliotakingresponsibilityonthedeals done Buildstrongworkingrelationshipswithkeyaffiliatepartnersandoverseeexistingaffiliate relationships Monitoraffiliateperformance,identifyareasforimprovementandconsistently optimize partnerships towards a positive ROI SettargetsincludingCPA and PV,andmonitortheseonanongoingbasisandintervenewhereROI threshold is not met (e.g. blacklisting, revising contracts, updating CPAs, best practices) Workwiththeregulationsandoperateaccordingtothe T&Cs What You Will Need:
Bachelor’sDegree required 5-7yearsofprofessionalexperienceinaffiliatemanagement, sports betting, or online casino spaceisrequired Experienceintheeditorialdomainsthatcoversportsandgaming,thatwillconstitutea significant portion of affiliate traffic to Caesars properties Experienceinmanagingcomplexaffiliaterelationshipsrequired Knowledgeofthesports&gamingindustryisessential Wellorganized,abletoprioritizework forselfandothers Anefficientandconfidentcommunicator,strongpartnership,negotiation,andinfluencingskills Data-orientedandhighlyfluentwithMicrosoftExcel The salary range for this position is $83,702.00 - $136,786.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
