The Seattle-based role will support two Directors in our Amazon Pharmacy Customer and AI Engineering team. The EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities, reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and proactively solving problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is required. Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex calendars for two executives Plan and organize events of all sizes Coordinate domestic and international travel Create a positive team environment Provide high-level administrative support and act as a pseudo Chief of Staff (COS) for the team Basic Qualifications
5+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
