Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions and ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Oversee professional staff or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily Travel may be required based on client needs
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Controlling with focus on Product Costing, including costing of different production strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order). In-depth knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Integrated Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocations, and integration with other modules (MM, PP, FI). Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and ability to deliver complex reporting requirements Knowledge of Product Costing leading practices, and familiarity with parallel ledgers, material ledger, and related functionalities
Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certifications (e.g., P_S4FIN) Experience with at least three full cycles implementations of your core module Additional SAP Finance certificates Experience in leading cross-functional teams; proactive problem-solving and decision-making
