The GTM Finance Business Partner role provides high-quality financial partnership and commercial insight. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to help teams understand performance and make data-informed decisions. With a focus on SaaS metrics, you’ll deliver impactful analysis on projects and business initiatives, while improving reporting systems and planning tools. You’ll empower stakeholders with financial acumen and contribute to accountability, efficiency, and long-term value across the company. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality business partnering support to stakeholders within the business (including product, go-to-market, and operational functions). Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, enabling accurate visibility and helping stakeholders understand performance vs. plan. Deliver commercial analysis and ad-hoc financial insights to evaluate projects, investments, and business initiatives. Support FP&A, scenario modeling, and KPI/metric reporting with a strong focus on SaaS drivers (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR). Help build, maintain, and improve management reporting and forecasting tools, including new planning software where appropriate. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency and improve reporting systems, and educate stakeholders to develop commercial and financial acumen. Contribute to the preparation and tracking of business cases; monitor outcomes against targets to ensure accountability and value realization. Bring a continuous improvement mindset and challenge the status quo for better outcomes. Qualifications
3+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally in SaaS, high-growth technology, or scale-up environments, or in top consulting/accounting firms. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate numbers to non-finance audiences. Intermediate to advanced financial modeling skills and experience with budgeting/forecasting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, financial systems). Exposure to SaaS metrics, financial reporting, KPIs, and commercial business models. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill large data into actionable insights. Curiosity, drive, and a desire to contribute to the commercial evolution of the business. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications (CPA, CIMA, ACCA) are a plus but not required. You are

Base Salary Range (US):
$106,000 - $120,000 USD. The total package may include equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary will vary based on market, skills, and experience.
