Serve as a subject matter expert to the SA/SSA community in the respective geography, ensuring architectural patterns are reused to create Sales, Support, and Engineering efficiencies. Define architecture and code as a reusable GitOps pattern, utilizing tools like Helm or Ansible. Debug code written by other engineers and propose improvements (e.g., via pull requests). Facilitate collaboration between sellers and Open Source community practices, sharing knowledge inside and outside of the company. Participate in Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) sessions to capture future requirements and report them through the Field Feedback Forum. Review technical architecture proposals in the region before they are sent by the Solution Architect or SSA to customers. Understand and articulate customer and partner business requirements and drivers for working with Red Hat. Required Skills
Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, container orchestration, and hybrid cloud platforms Deep experience with application networking and security, with knowledge of service mesh, mTLS, container networking interface, SPIFFE/SPIRE Ability to speak, write, and share insights on behalf of Red Hat in diverse scenarios (internal and external audiences) Strong ability to define and describe complex domain architecture from logical, functional, and technical perspectives Implement deployment of architectures following DevOps and GitOps patterns Contribute code/configurations in at least two languages (e.g., Python, Go, Helm, Ansible, Rust, Bash) Experience Required
Strong knowledge of Red Hat’s product portfolio from their domain or specialty perspective Demonstrated success with customer implementations and ability to expand product cross-sell over time Experience reusing existing patterns and modularization to enable reuse Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is
$164,850.00 - $271,910.00 . Actual offer will be based on qualifications. This position may be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For Remote-US locations, the actual salary range may differ by location but will be commensurate with job duties and experience. Pay Transparency
