Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to support multiple programs under the Mission Systems business area with regard to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. Responsibilities include supporting a fast-paced, high profile program, developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external customers, and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. The role requires experience in program security and knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, etc.). The position involves studying and implementing federal security regulations applicable to company operations, obtaining rulings and interpretations for compliance from government agencies, preparing manuals outlining regulations, and establishing procedures for handling, storing, granting access to restricted records and materials. Security education briefings, investigations of security violations, and reporting preventive actions are also responsibilities. Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals volumes 1-4, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures is expected. Responsibilities

Support a fast-paced, high-profile program; create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develop, administer, and maintain security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Implement a multi-disciplined security program including access control, personnel security, physical security, and OPSEC. Study and implement federal security regulations applicable to company operations; obtain rulings and interpretations for compliance from government agencies. Prepare manuals outlining regulations; establish procedures for handling, storing, and granting access to restricted records and materials. Conduct security education classes and related briefings. Investigate security violations and prepare reports with recommended preventive actions. Apply working knowledge of DoD SAP manuals and related sponsor procedures. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of Industrial Security experience or MS Degree and 3+ years of Industrial Security experience. An additional four years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret. US Citizenship required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with DISS and SIMS. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS). Preferred Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance. CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level, etc. Industrial Security Professional Certifications - SPeD SFPC, NCMS ISP, etc. Experience with customer networks including CV2, CORE, JADE, etc. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion; flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines. Strong working knowledge of MS Office and basic office automation tools. OPSEC program experience; self-starter with minimal supervision. Additional Information

Primary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00 The salary range represents a general guideline; base salary offers consider scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply depending on position; long-term incentives may be available for VP/Director levels. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and PTO for vacation/personal business.
