Skillfully pairing clients with the perfect luxury property based on their desires and lifestyle. Impeccable Service:

Delivering white-glove service from initial inquiry to move-in day and beyond. Personalized Consultation:

Conducting in-depth consultations to understand residents’ needs and requirements. Property Showcase:

Showcasing properties through virtual tours, on-site visits, and other methods to engage clients. Negotiation Skills:

Navigating lease agreements and working with leadership to secure favorable terms. Compensation

Starting at $55,000 - $60,000 per year Robust commission structure Annual bonus tied to performance Qualifications

Passion for Luxury Leasing:

Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or sales. Prior lease-up experience, preferably in luxury environments. Exceptional Communication:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving abilities with creative solutions to exceed expectations. Detail-Oriented:

Keen attention to detail to ensure an exceptional resident experience. Market Savviness:

Understanding of the luxury real estate market and trends. Tech Enthusiast:
