Position Profile Weaver is looking for talented tax leaders at the Senior Manager level to join our team. A Private Client Services Tax Senior Manager provides federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-held businesses. A Tax Senior Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm. Responsibilities Provide federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-held businesses. Collaborate with firm leadership on strategy, business development, and client service delivery. Lead and mentor staff, manage engagements, and contribute to practice growth. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm Experience with high-net-worth individuals, privately owned businesses, investment partnerships, estates and trusts Preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Technical knowledge to sell and execute engagements across multiple industries Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff Strong relationship management and practice development skills Ability to attract and serve new clients and expand services to existing clients Compensation and Benefits Weaver’s compensation range is estimated at $141,000 to $290,000 in applicable metropolitan areas. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
