Electrical Engineer – Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) Location: Annapolis, MD Full-Time McCrone is seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities. This role is an opportunity to apply your expertise in power distribution, instrumentation, and controls to deliver infrastructure projects that support our communities. Responsibilities
Electrical design for WWTPs, pump stations, and related infrastructure. Prepare drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects. Provide site inspections, testing, and construction support. Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, NEMA, IEEE, and client requirements. Support proposal development and client communications. Qualifications
B.S. in Electrical Engineering (required). PE license preferred; EIT considered with relevant experience. 5+ years’ experience in WWTP or water utility electrical design. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and power system analysis tools. Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, and low/medium-voltage systems preferred. What We Offer
