Design and deliver modular sensor and compute platforms from concept to production Lead mechanical design for ruggedized systems that perform in harsh environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to ensure scalable, manufacturable solutions Support field deployments and troubleshoot real-world challenges Build out the mechanical engineering team, lab space, and engineering workflows What you bring

5+ years designing, testing, and fielding high-volume mechanical systems Experience creating tightly integrated products that thrive outdoors in demanding conditions Hands-on expertise with CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing, and high-volume manufacturing Strong background in thermal, shock, ingress, and vibration testing Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, or similar tools Exposure to EE/RF systems and packaging a plus This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage team shaping the future of physical AI and robotics.
