A rapidly expanding real estate company focused on operating and improving RV parks and campgrounds across the U.S. is seeking a CFO to lead our financial strategy, operations, and capital management as they grow from a high-performing startup to a scaled, professional enterprise. Its mission is to enhance the guest experience while increasing the value of our properties through hands-on management and smart, data-driven decisions. Compensation :
$200,000 - $250,000 base salary + bonus potential & comprehensive benefits Responsibilities
Lead Financial Strategy: Oversee all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning. Build Financial Systems: Develop scalable processes for accounting, cash management, and compliance across multiple properties and entities. Manage Capital: Support equity and debt fundraising, and maintain strong relationships with investors and lenders. Support Growth: Partner with the CEO and leadership team on M&A, long-term planning, and business strategy. Build a Strong Team: Hire and manage a high-performing finance and accounting team, and implement tools that improve decision-making. Qualifications
Requirements : 10+ years in finance leadership, including 3+ years as CFO or VP of Finance in real estate or operations. Deep experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality. Strong financial modeling and capital structuring skills. Proven leadership and team-building experience. Comfortable implementing financial systems and tools. Preferred : Experience with fund structures (e.g., GP / LP), investor reporting, or roll-up strategies. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong plus. Why Join Us
