– Charlotte, NC Join our team to oversee and manage the organization's financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. In this role, you will work with senior management to drive performance management and contribute to the medium- and long-term financial plan. The position operates in a hybrid model requiring in-office work 3 days per week. Location : Charlotte, NC Responsibilities Oversee the development of financial models and projections for budgeting and forecasting at the firm level and for business functions, delivering accurate analyses and insights for decision-making. Analyze the firm’s financial performance against historical and forecast data; benchmark against peers and competitors; identify trends and recommend financial optimizations. Understand market and industry trends and dynamics within the business sector to provide sound financial guidance. Manage the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports that are comprehensive, accurate, and delivered on time. Communicate financial information and strategies to senior executives and decision-makers to support informed choices. Lead annual budget and capital expenditure planning to ensure optimal allocation of resources toward strategic goals. Act as a trusted business advisor to support senior-level decision-making with financial analysis and operational understanding. Identify key financial issues, risks, and opportunities for growth to shape the company’s financial strategy. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (equivalent experience considered; Master’s degree preferred). 10+ years of related experience. 5+ years of leadership and management experience. Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Strong knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Compensation and Equal Opportunity Base Pay Range: $250,000 – $300,000. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, time in role, internal considerations, prior performance, business sector, and location.
