As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer Lead, you will have a meaningful role in guiding a team of dedicated engineers crafting semiconductor manufacturing test equipment and interface/load boards. This position offers an outstanding chance to influence our technology's future! Responsibilities

Supervise a team of electrical engineers in the design and support of semiconductor manufacturing test equipment and interface/load boards. Assess workload and prioritize resources effectively to develop outstanding electrical designs. Conduct periodic reviews of team members\' work to ensure quality and adherence to project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and complete project deliverables. Derive PCB design specifications from system requirements and design analog circuits, including system and POL power supplies. Lead FPGA design using HDL and select components for schematic entry. Work closely with PCB designers to develop layouts, and debug and verify PCB assemblies. Support prototype qualification by customers, including deployment, design changes, and issue resolution. Author comprehensive requirements specifications, design documentation, test plans, and lab reports. Identify strategic opportunities for future technology requirements and document designs using version control processes. Provide ongoing support for released designs, addressing issues and additional development requests. Minimum Qualifications

BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in hardware/PCB design. Proven track record of leading technical and organizational goals and deliverables of a small to medium engineering team. Proficient in Siemens Xpedition or other comparable EDA tools. Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR, DMM, and power supplies. Working knowledge of electronic circuit simulation tools like Analog Device LTspice or Cadence PSpice. Familiarity with PCB layout, including power integrity (PI) and signal integrity (SI). Preferred Qualifications

Experience with FPGA/ASIC design using HDL (Verilog/VHDL and System Verilog). Familiarity with FPGA/ASIC development EDA tools such as AMD/Xilinx Vivado or Intel/Altera Quartus. Understanding of common communication protocols like SPI, I2C, UART/serial, JTAG, and PCIe. Knowledge of embedded systems and microprocessor/microcontroller integration. Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automating testing and analysis. Seniority level
