Join our team focused on automating and optimizing our cloud service desk operations. Work with tools such as Jira Service Manager and Confluence, as part of our Atlassian suite, while also leveraging AWS cloud services. Automate service desk processes using native solutions and external APIs, develop and maintain automation workflows within the Atlassian ecosystem, and collaborate continuously with other teams to identify areas for improvement. Design, implement, integrate, and maintain systems and tools to automate complex cyber activities. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees. Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in cloud engineering 3+ years of experience with automation and optimization technologies 2+ years of experience with scripting or programming, including with Python or Groovy Experience with Jira Service Manager, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite Experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda Ability to make decisions based on limited information Ability to work independently and unsupervised, and be a self-starter TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree Ability to obtain an 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ CE Certification, before start date Additional Qualifications

Experience with Mattermost chat services Experience with GitLab Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks such as Lean methodology Knowledge of other cloud platforms or DevOps tools Possession of strong problem-solving and creativity skills AWS or Azure Certifications Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location and the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Identity Statement
