Develop Product Documentation — Create clear, user‑friendly technical documentation that enables customers to self‑serve and maximize their use of the product. Prioritize Documentation Tasks — Manage and complete documentation projects based on priority and customer needs. Collaborate with Teams — Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. Cover Diverse Topics — Write about both fundamental SaaS concepts (like APIs) and advanced AI topics (such as prompting and calling tools). Design and Structure Content — Use basic design principles to organize and format documentation for clarity and ease of use. Iterate Quickly — Deliver high‑quality documentation with substantial autonomy, adapting quickly to evolving product features and customer feedback. Must Have

Strong technical knowledge of software development and AI concepts. Excellent copywriting skills tailored to technical audiences. Basic design skills to structure and format documentation clearly. Ability to manage multiple documentation projects under tight deadlines. Clear communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts simply.
