We’re looking for a

Revenue Performance Associate , someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will serve as the primary point of contact between clinical dyads/division groups and the Revenue Cycle. The Revenue Performance Associate will be responsible for facilitating conversation and deep analytics as it relates to Revenue Cycle functions and metrics including (but not limited to): monthly charges, collections, denials, wRVU analyses, service mix shift, and CPT utilization. The Revenue Performance Analyst will bring clinical operations, Revenue Cycle, Information Technology (IT) and other resources together as necessitated to advance process improvement initiatives and is responsible for facilitating conversation and deep analytics as it relates to Revenue Cycle functions and metrics including: monthly charges, collections, denials, service mix shifts, CPT utilization, physician education, coding, charge capture, and more. This role requires a proactive problem solver, adept at investigating through analytical and process-oriented means areas of opportunity to ultimately improve and maximize collections for clinical services rendered by providers. Communication of Revenue Cycle\'s performance, identification of improvement opportunities and potential solutions for resolution are core duties of the Revenue Performance Associate. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and monitor departments with charge capture and denial issues and develop processes for improvement.

Runs revenue data/analytics to support revenue monitoring, issue investigation and resolution.

Coordinates efforts with stakeholders, including the Epic IT team, to resolve any build issues related to charge capture.

Researches and analyzes trends with net-to-expected collections, payer mix, days in AR, and reimbursement risks.

Identifies opportunities to automate charge capture, when appropriate.

Serve as the contact and advocate to assigned Service Line leadership for all Revenue Cycle processes and workflows.

Manage key Revenue Cycle performance indicators (KPIs) through data driven analytics for clinical dyad/division group assignments.

Builds partnerships and collaboration through collaboration for clinical dyad/division group Assignments.

Track and trend denials metrics coordinate with clinical staff and revenue cycle areas to get support for appeals and recommend system changes where applicable.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree business administration, health information management, healthcare administration, applied sciences, communications, or other business or healthcare-related field required

Master\'s Degree business administration, healthcare administration or a related field preferred

5 years data/analytics experience, including at least one year of Revenue Cycle experience (e.g. Revenue Integrity, Billing, Coding, Denials, Follow-Up, Patient, Accounts, Payment Operations) required

Four (4) additional years of work experience within a healthcare or managed care organization may substitute for the bachelor\'s degree requirement
