TAX MANAGER – Great flexibility and benefits! Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Target salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 DOE. PTO, insurance, 401K, continuing education, and more! Responsibilities
Preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates. Lead tax planning and strategy engagements for clients in various industries. Research and resolve complex tax issues, providing well-supported recommendations and solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters. Monitor workflow and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables. Stay current on tax law changes and professional standards; share knowledge with the team. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation a plus CPA license required Minimum 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and research Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, ProSystem fx) and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement Highest level of honesty and integrity Job Function
