Office of the CFO (OCFO)

This individual will work closely with senior executives and finance teams to support mission-critical initiatives such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controllership, finance operations, post-transaction integration, and finance transformation. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of consulting and in-house finance or accounting leadership experience, a strong command of financial reporting and planning processes, and a passion for helping companies scale and improve their finance functions during periods of growth, change, or disruption. Responsibilities & Duties: Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership teams on finance strategy, operations, and reporting. Lead or support initiatives related to budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, KPIs, cash flow management, and working capital optimization. Assess and enhance finance function effectiveness, including process redesign, technology enablement, and operating model improvements. Provide interim leadership or PMO support during periods of change, including IPO readiness, M&A integration, or organizational restructuring. Collaborate with clients to implement best practices in close processes, controls, and financial systems (e.g., ERP upgrades). Drive the preparation and delivery of high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and maintain a strong client-service orientation. Mentor junior team members, fostering development and professional growth. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or finance consulting. Strong understanding of key finance and accounting principles, financial statements, and operational metrics. Prior experience in a consulting/advisory role or in-house finance leadership capacity (e.g., FP&A, Controller, Finance Director). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan). Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments. Willingness to travel occasionally within the United States. Equal Opportunity Employer:
