Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure endpoint management solutions.
Review new/existing technology and build out services and/or implementations for mobile devices, such as (O365, OneDrive for Business, Cisco WebEx, and other related Microsoft Applications).
Administer endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM).
Develop and enforce endpoint policies for OS updates, security patches, application deployments, and device configurations.
Ensure device compliance with organizational security and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST).
Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint performance, connectivity, and security issues.
Automate device provisioning and software deployment workflows.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain endpoint protection and detection mechanisms (e.g., EDR/XDR tools).
Provide support and guidance to IT support teams regarding endpoint issues and escalations.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and endpoint lifecycle documentation.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices in endpoint management.
