Represent clients in general litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft and argue dispositive motions. Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and taking/defending depositions. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare high-quality written work product. Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy and execution. Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings as needed. Job Requirements
Admission to the California Bar and in good standing. 24 years of substantive general litigation experience. Demonstrated experience with MSJs and motions to dismiss required. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Trial or courtroom experience preferred. Location
