Juniper Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Director to Lead our team in Sparks. This position is essential to the success of the Billing and collections operations of the company and requires full understanding of all aspects of the RCM process. This position involves managing various aspects of medical billing, collections, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management practices. Duties
Oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration to final payment collection. Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies and government payers. Conduct regular audits of billing processes to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure proper documentation for reimbursement purposes. Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in revenue cycle performance. Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle best practices and procedures. Work with Credentialing Coordinator to ensure credentialing of providers with insurance networks. Manage and monitor AR/Collections. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, medical billing, coding, and compliance regulations. Dental experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders within the organization. Deep working knowledge of insurance and billing processes. Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a dental setting and managing general practice billing and insurance exception issues as well as Insurance schedule negotiation and maintenance. Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Gsuite (Emphasis on competency with Excel/ Google Sheets). Seniority level
