We are seeking a UX Engineer to support a clients delivery platform and AI integration initiatives. This role will own the design and development of intuitive, scalable user interfaces while delivering high-quality, production-ready code. The UX Engineer will champion SDLC best practices, mentor teammates, and work directly with stakeholders to drive innovation in architecture, processes, and tools. Responsibilities Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with enterprise standards Champion SDLC best practices, testing, and code quality across the team Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to shape requirements and user experiences Consult with stakeholders to introduce innovative approaches to architecture, processes, and frontend tooling Mentor junior engineers and strengthen frontend engineering practices across the team
Qualifications
6+ years of frontend engineering experience in enterprise environments Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling Proven track record building scalable, cloud-enabled applications Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and performance optimization Strong ability to mentor, lead by example, and drive adoption of SDLC best practices Consulting or client-facing delivery experience strongly preferred
