Responsibilities

Utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to define system architectures. Derive, develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle. Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts. Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments to support major design reviews. Bridge the gap between unclassified work performed remotely by STC and the classified team on-site at the customer facility, ensuring excellence in work product while refining architectures for the acquisition. Guide and coach customer engineers on the "why" and "how" of MBSE methodology. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) with 8–10 years of experience (MS: 6–8 years; PhD: 3–5 years). Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team; strong communication skills with senior customers and stakeholders. Fluent in MBSE concepts, DE, Digital Threads, and Digital Transformation; proficient in SysML modeling. Experience with Dassault Systemes Cameo Systems Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, and/or Magic; OOSEM Methodology; UAF-ML experience desired. Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance. Willingness to commute to the Navy Yard area in Washington, DC for daily onsite work. Why Join Us?

Equal Pay Act; This is the projected compensation range for this position. Min: $149,446.52, Max: $259,858.51. Factors impacting final salary include experience, skills, location, education, and certification.
