Overview
Join to apply for the Salesforce Administrator role at project44. We believe in better. We challenge the status quo because we know a better supply chain isn’t just possible—it’s essential. Better for our customers. Better for their business. Better for the world. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, with a 2nd HQ in Bengaluru, India, we are powered by a diverse global team tackling the toughest logistics challenges with innovation, urgency, and purpose. If you’re driven to solve meaningful problems, leverage AI to scale rapidly, drive impact daily, and be part of a high-performance team – we should talk. What You’ll Do
Salesforce Administration & Architecture: Own the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, CPQ). Configure objects, fields, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and automations. Manage user setup, permission sets, profiles, and licenses. Maintain data integrity, quality, and security. Partner with engineering and integration teams on API-based data flows and middleware solutions (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft). Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and CS. Translate business needs into scalable technical requirements and prioritize accordingly. Lead discovery sessions, document current-state processes, and propose future-state solutions. Manage intake and roadmap planning for GTM systems enhancements. Team Leadership & Project Oversight: Lead and mentor a team of systems analysts and admins focused on GTM platforms. Drive a product mindset within the team — encouraging sprint-based delivery, testing, and iteration. Define and track team OKRs, operational SLAs, and adoption KPIs. Act as project manager or workstream lead for larger GTM systems initiatives (e.g., CPQ rollout, territory planning automation). What You'll Need
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or project lead role. Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM workflows: lead management, opportunity lifecycle, renewals, forecasting, and quota management. Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, IT). Experience managing a small team, with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing talent. Familiarity with integrated tools like Salesloft, Marketo, NetSuite, LeanData, or equivalent. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Diversity & Inclusion
We’re designing the future of how the world moves and is connected through trade and global supply chains. We can only deliver a truly world-class product and experience if our teams are as diverse and unique as the communities we are building for. We’re building a company where anyone can bring their authentic self to work every day. We’re committed to inclusion and elevating voices left in the margins. We hire to reflect the regions we serve and the customers we support. We pride ourselves on celebrating everyone — project44 is an equal opportunity employer actively working on creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where underrepresented groups can thrive. If you share our values and passion for helping the world move, we’d love to review your application! For any needed accommodations during the hiring process, please email recruiting@project44.com. Even if you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying.
