Major Accounts Manager, Community Solutions role at Spectrum Community Solutions. This position is on-site in Stamford (4 days) with 1 day hybrid. The role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Base pay

$69,000.00/yr - $113,800.00/yr Major Duties and Responsibilities

Act as a strategic negotiator to implement sales strategies aimed at securing Spectrum Community Solutions’ ability to provide service to National Accounts, maximizing product/service penetration and revenue through Bulk agreements. Retain and grow current large-size agreements and gain new market share; develop new National MDU accounts. Research, develop, and implement market strategies to identify new and existing MDU projects. Negotiate competitive MDU sales and service agreements based on established criteria (e.g., ROI, new builds, expansions, bulk-billing). Develop and deliver strategic sales presentations to MDU owners/associations to secure long-term bulk or managed Wi-Fi agreements. Interface with high-level clients (C-Suite, property owners, board members, lawyers, managers, developers, government officials) to promote Charter solutions. Coordinate and manage sales projects with Marketing, Public Affairs, Government Relations, Customer Care, Finance, Operations, and Construction-Engineering. Develop proposals and contracts that align with Company standards; respond to competitive threats and disputes to protect long-term interests. Build relationships with competitive accounts to pursue new opportunities. Provide support to ensure contract administration is maintained; work with leadership to maintain Bulk customer rates and process rate increases. Provide national presentations to industry contacts and associations; provide weekly status reports to sales management; attend national industry association functions and trade shows. Required Qualifications

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber-connected networks. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; auto insurance as required. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or relevant work experience. Sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably selling data, voice, and/or video solutions in an MDU environment – 5+ years. Experience drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts in cable, residential property management, or real estate development industries – 5+ years. Recent experience negotiating long-term ROE agreements with MDU owners; familiarity with cable industry operations and marketing; contract proposal and review experience. CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred; experience with automated reporting and analysis applications. Working Conditions

Office environment. Travel as required may be up to 50% of time. Travel will primarily include day trips with occasional overnight travel. EEO Statement
