We are currently recruiting for Governors at some of our schools. Each of our schools has its own unique character, but all subscribe to the Trust’s values of

We are looking to appoint Governors to work collaboratively with Senior Leaders to be the champions of their school and community; to offer support and ask appropriately challenging questions. In essence, to be the advocates for the life chances of children within their school. Governors have four meetings per year, some of which will be during the school day to carry out supported monitoring visits. Please allow additional time for reading the agenda and reports prior to each meeting. Our governors are important members of our team. Requirements and eligibility
You do not need any special qualifications. We just want you to bring a real passion for supporting every child to achieve and succeed. We encourage applications from all members of society, regardless of background, culture, gender, ethnicity, disability, or age (as long as you are over 18). Support and development

In line with KCSIE guidance, paragraph 220, all candidates who are shortlisted will be subject to an online search. This search is not part of the shortlisting process itself and all shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to address any issues of concern resulting from the search. Two references are also required prior to commencement of employment.
